Under the Line-of-Credit option, you may draw up to a maximum amount of cash
at times and in amounts of your choosing, as long as you occupy the home as your principal residence. This Reverse Mortgage option allows you to decide when and how much of your equity you use.

You are in control of your money, and your equity, at all times. You can even change cash-advance options at any time, as you see fit.

Additionally, your available credit line actually grows with time - it has a growth factor built into it.

And, you are not charged interest on any unused portion of your available line-of-credit.
